Tamara Allen, LAc, Dipl of OM, FABORM, RD, LDN of Integrative Acupuncture has recently been accepted as a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine.  ABORM practitioners have demonstrated competency and advanced knowledge in the field of both Western and Oriental Reproductive Medicine by attending specialized training and passing a rigorous advanced certification examination

The services provided at Integrative Acupuncture integrate approaches from East and West to optimize patient outcomes.  “My intent is to work with patients and their physicians to support and complement their IUI and IVF cycles.  The two styles of medicine are actually very complementary”.

Ms Allen, whose clinical practice is in Westborough, is also the only practitioner in the area who is board certified by the NCCAOM in Oriental Medicine, which includes Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, licensed by the Board of Medicine in Massachusetts and a Licensed Nutritionist /Registered Dietitian.  She now adds a specialty in treating infertility patients to her list of achievements.
